Coco Song describes its designs as “The Most Beautiful Frames in the World,” and I can but agree. It is an exquisite collection of handmade eyewear which is created with natural elements such as feathers, silk, Swarovski crystals and semi-precious gems. In an age of mass-produced homogeneity, every Coco Song frame is truly one of a kind.

Eyecatching Shapes and Colourways

Hope Village in this stunning cobalt blue is a truly headturning frame. It has a slightly upswept silhouette with temple detail and a contrasting rim. The sides are set with precious gems which add to the luxe feel of the design. It too comes in a selection of different colours to suit every sensibility. Alas, I had to reluctantly return mine.

Last Tango is an oversized soft square which makes a real statement. This limited-edition, multi-coloured hand-painted piece is adorned with feathers and silk. I had prescription lenses put into it and it is of my all-time favourites not least because the divine colour combination compliments so many different outfits. There are two other colourways, both of which are a little more reserved, but just as covetable.

Shy Blossom is an extreme cat-eye. This sun style is guaranteed to turn heads, not least to take in the beautiful floral detailing on the side- a feminine juxtaposition to the unapologetic angles of this confident style. Wallflowers step aside.
